Comfortable experience there. Exceptionally comfortable bed, good size bathroom and central heating, a personal safe and pay television in the room. Thoughtful, attentive staff, favourable location really close to Hakata Station and Tenjin for about 20 minutes and main areas like Yatai food stalls or canal shopping mall. Also, in the red light district.

I came here for 3 nights and had a GREAT stay. I went on a trip and everything here was very convenient. The breakfast was satisfactory with a great selection of goodies. The stuff was so very friendly and nice, as for 3-stars hotel. Location: the venue was just next door to station, shopping centers, restaurants, as well as main areas like Yatai food stalls or canal shopping mall. You can find Ordos Airi very close to the hotel to a have lunch.

The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, not far from station, shopping centers, restaurants, the city center and main areas like Yatai food stalls or canal shopping mall. Very central location was a plus. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Hakata Ward district. The whole experience was such great.

I had spotless room to myself with all conveniences and bath, as example. Its location in Fukuoka was good and perfect, just next door to Hakata Station which was perfect for sightseeing around Kyushu and the cafe and a quiet area of Hakata.

I recently stayed at Unizo in Fukuoka for a few nights and loved it. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from Hakata station, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with a great bathroom that even had a hands-free toilet. I also appreciated the key card security access and the complimentary mouthwash. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

We had a perfectly pleasant 3 nights stay. We asked for a single room and it was great-sized with all conveniences. The location was exceptionally nice, only 5 minutes walk to a municipal Shintō shrine.

The room was well-equipped with modern facilities and had an interesting decorative aesthetic. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The hotel offered a late checkout time, which was a nice amenity for those who prefer a leisurely morning.
The instructions for various room features were only available in Japanese, which made it difficult to understand some of the controls. The size of the room was quite small and lacked storage space, which made it challenging to unpack and organize belongings properly.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to important attractions and transportation options. The rooms were well-maintained and cleaned regularly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. the breakfast provided by the hotel was quite diverse and delicious, providing something new every day.
The elevator service was subpar, stopping multiple times before reaching our destination. some of the noise from nearby rooms could be heard at night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
